Tomorrow’s meals. One less thing to think about.

A SMALL PLAN FOR A BUSY DAY

Breakfast before work. Lunch between meetings. Dinner after a long day. You don’t need a completely new menu—you need a few realistic choices ready when you get hungry.

Start with the day you expect

In EatStride, open Plan → Plan my tomorrow. Choose home, work, on the go, or a mix. Create a draft, then review breakfast, lunch and dinner. A snack is optional.

Use familiar meals first

When you have repeatedly logged meals with a meal category, EatStride can suggest those patterns and show your usual portion. If there isn’t enough history, you’ll see clearly labeled starter ideas. A past purchase does not guarantee that food is still in your kitchen.

Keep, swap, or change the portion

Keep the choices you want, swap a meal, or adjust its amount. The draft shows calories and protein alongside your daily targets and what is still unplanned. It is a starting point, not a promise to hit every target automatically.

EXAMPLE · A DAY WITH MEETINGS

Breakfast: your usual yogurt and oats.

Lunch: a familiar wrap you can bring or buy.

Dinner: a meal you expect to have at home.

Flexibility: leave space for the portions, drinks and extras you actually choose. Confirm availability and nutrition before relying on an estimate.

Change the plan when life changes

Saving reserves meals for tomorrow; it does not record anything as eaten. Existing plans stay intact. When the meal happens, review the actual food and portion before logging it. Plans can change without making the day a failure.
